Thank you for deciding to rehome one of our puppies. We want to make this a stress-free enjoyable experience for you. Please feel free to email or call me with any questions or concerns that you might have along the way. We will keep you up to date with information about your puppy as it grows until it is time for your puppy to go to its new home.

This contract is written for the protection of Joshua Fast, Anne Fast & Marijane Veazey Oklahoma Yorkie Palace LLC and the buyer - However, it is primarily written to protect the health and general well-being of the puppy. 

1. Please read the lifetime healthcare guarantee agreement completely before putting a deposit on a puppy. By putting a deposit on a puppy, you are agreeing to the terms and conditions within this contract. 

2. We require a re-homing fee in advance in order to hold the puppy of your choice, otherwise you may select from availability onsite. We ask for a minimum deposit of 50% down which will be applied to your re-homing invoice, the remaining balance if any remains is due to be paid on time of the pickup or 24 hours prior to delivery. If you prefer payment plan, you may pay monies in advance of the rehoming of one of our puppies. Only once your total balance is paid in full, can we even offer you a list of available puppies in your price range. You may select from any upcoming puppy not yet spoken for by another client. The rehoming date we will provide once we have received your total balance towards your puppy, at which time you may take your puppy home.

3. If you chose to pay using Venmo, or Zelle you agree to allow Anne Fast to run your card for the rehoming fee listed, through her husband Joshua Fast account. If at any time your payment returned or disputed, Anne Fast and Oklahoma Yorkies reserves the right to pick up her property, the puppy, from your home without notice. Anne Fast will send a representative from Oklahoma Yorkie Palace LLC aka "Oklahoma Yorkies" to pick up the puppy from your home. You agree to be responsible for the cost of transportation, legal or other fess required to regain our property. Any monies paid towards the puppy remain non-refundable. Please plan with Anne if you can't make your payment and need further assistance. We want everyone to be able to experience the joy and love from re-homing one of our puppies.     

4. This payment is non-refundable, unless there is a problem with the health of your puppy outlined below. In that case, the buyer will be allowed to transfer that deposit or monies toward another puppy refund is in the form of store credit at Oklahoma Yorkies.

5. It will be up to us, Anne Fast and Oklahoma Yorkies, to decide when the puppy will be ready to go to its new home. Usually at the age of 8 weeks, depending on the breed, weight of the puppy and how easily it is weaned from the mother. Most Micro Mini or Teacup puppies will be held until licensed professional gives us the authority to rehome for the protection of the puppy. We will not, under any circumstances, let the puppy leave before it is ready. NO YOU CANT BOTHER MY VET! They are professionals for over 30 years birthing yorkies. There is an additional $100 a day charge for puppies kept longer than his or her Ready to Re-home Date, or Return Date unless arrangements have been made to adjust the pickup or return day.

6. The puppy will have shots and deworming at the time of pick-up of the puppy. It is very important that you continue the vaccinations and deworming. Please do not expose your puppy to other dogs that are not vaccinated until he/she has completed the entire vaccination schedule - around 16-20 weeks old. That means don't take your puppy to Petco or PetSmart after rehoming given your fur baby is not ready to until 20 weeks to make friends.

7. The puppy will have been checked, and tails docked and deemed puppy is in "good health" at the time of rehome. All puppies images are representative of the type of puppy, and are representative of the category, images are reused for marketing purposes and thus your puppy will be identical to the selection made. If unhappy you may ask for another puppy if you prefer, we want you to be happy with whatever you select. We will provide an alternative puppy as soon as one is available that matches the same features and fee. You can exchange your puppy as many times as you desire, we do have to make sure that the puppy interest comes before our clients.  

8. The buyer, at their own expense, should have the puppy examined by a Licensed Vet within 24 hours of receiving the puppy to be eligible for our lifetime healthcare agreement. 

9. Documentation from your vet must be sent to the pocketsizeyorkie@gmail.com within ten days for the Health Guarantee Agreement to be honored. 

10. If within 24 hours, a Licensed Vet finds the puppy to be unhealthy or unfit for rehoming, the puppy may be returned and exchanged for another puppy provided the puppy has not been injured or neglected. The veterinarian must provide a written statement deeming the puppy “unhealthy" for re-homing. 

11. This guarantee does not cover any health issues caused by neglect or injury from the buyer such as not feeding. 

12. This guarantee does not include minor "treatable" illnesses and health issues such as colds, allergies, internal or external parasites or umbilical hernias.

13. Anne Fast and Oklahoma Yorkies cannot assume responsibility for this puppy after 24 hours of rehome. It is the responsibility of the buyer to care for the puppy properly and keep it free from harm. Please remember that your puppy must be treated with great care and protected from danger. Extreme Caution for Hawks and Owls.

14. The Anne Fast and Oklahoma Yorkies assumes no responsibility for any medical expenses incurred after rehomed. 

15. The Anne Fast and Oklahoma Yorkies assumes no responsibility for training difficulties or behavior problems. Buyer will receive an informational packet on how to train their new puppy from their vet.

16. The Anne Fast and and Oklahoma Yorkies does not guarantee size. We can give the buyer an educated guess as to full grown weight based on experience but there are too many variables besides genetics. You may return your dog and exchange if your unhappy, however no cash refunds.

17. The Anne Fast and Oklahoma Yorkies does not guarantee fertility or ability to place in shows. The puppy is strictly rehomed “as is” TOP QUALITY PET.

18. The Anne Fast and Oklahoma Yorkies is not responsible for puppies which develop Hypoglycemia after the puppy is in the new owner’s possession. The buyer will receive information on what to do if this occurs from their vet. We suggest using vitamins from Petco called, Nutri Cal.

19. The Anne Fast and Oklahoma Yorkies gives a lifetime guarantee against any congenital defects of the puppy. If this should occur then the puppy will be returned to location where it was rehomed, and the buyer will receive another puppy of the same breed when there is one available. If puppy dies the puppy must go to OSU Veterinary Hospital and undergo an autopsy to determine cause with 8 hours of death. 

20. If for any reason I am unable to keep the puppy, I agree to return the puppy to Anne Fast and not place the puppy in another home unless given permission. If for any reason you want to exchange your puppy because your unhappy with it's size, puppy must NOT be spayed or neutered in order to return for exchange.

21. You agree to provide Anne Fast your balance paid in full via cash, venmo, or zelle on pickup for your puppy unless prior arrangements have been approved via email. If you have not called or made arrangements to pick up your puppy at the specified rehoming date and time, we will rehome it to another family after 24 hours, thus you will forfeit all monies paid thus far unless arrangements made in advance.

22. Please schedule an appointment and agree to the terms of service. We will not rehome any puppies until you have done so. If you are planning to sign up for the Pre-Order Payment Program, we request you to attach a photo copy of your State Issued ID and Valid Debit Card front and back. This is for security that we ask for this information to be sent securely online at www.oklahomayorkies.com.
